May goal and mission is to use all the potential of your facility and your workers not only for higher production but also for its quality. Effective solutions are based on good relationships. For a last 15 years in my professional career I found a lot of them. Not all challenges depend on us, but it is always about taking those goals who we can influence. To take more direct approach I decided to open my own independent business for mushroom production advice.
I graduated Food biotechnology at Agricultural Academy in Wrocław (Poland), it helped me a lot in understanding and learn theoretical knowledge for compost, substrate and mushroom (exotic also) production. After thousands of visits at mushroom business facilities in Poland but also abroad (Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Malta, Lebanon, Jordanie, Hong-Kong) i could check the theory in practice, but also learn a lots of working solutions. By attending mushroom industry trainings but also courses for client service and communication I can easier share my experiences.
